About Pranote
An AI guide for Australian aged care and NDIS support workers.
Pranote is an app that provides plain-English general information for everyday care questions. It brings together AI questions and answers, first aid quick guides, medication guidance, incident reporting information and key contacts.
Care work can raise questions when a supervisor is not immediately available. Pranote gives you a place to start exploring general information, alongside your training, care plans and employer’s procedures.
