Delete your Pranote account

This page explains how to delete your account in Pranote: Care Worker Guide, the app made by WAASI PTY LTD (ABN 82 665 977 382).

Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Pranote and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Option 2: Ask us by email

If you can’t get into the app, email admin@waasi.onmicrosoft.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Pranote account”. We’ll delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

• Your account details: email address, name (if you gave one) and user ID
• Your conversation history with Pranote
• Your app settings and consent records

What we keep

• Transaction records: we keep records the law requires us to keep, such as transaction records, for as long as the law requires.
• Reports you made: if you flagged an AI answer, we may keep the flagged answer for up to 12 months to improve safety, then delete it.

Your subscription is not cancelled automatically

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it separately:

• Android: Google Play Store, then profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Pranote, then Cancel.
• iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Pranote, then Cancel.
